The range has issues with people stealing balls and therefore has to balance adding new balls versus serving current customers.The bloody marys are good, the meatball sandwiches are outstanding, and we really enjoyed playing this interesting and fun course.I've read some absolute nonsense on here about this course on Yelp. Overall this course is amazing and I do love it but this isn't an easy course by any means. Tilden Park has both and that makes me happy. And the WORST part is the five and a half hour round...don't waste your time here. So bring a Sweater or jacket to carry incase. It's not the most forgiving course, but that's ok. i would definitely recommend getting the membership if you golf at least three times a month. Nice way to practice. Played golf today May 27th. The course itself is damn pretty and not too hard for the average hacker such as me. Course has a bit of a drainage issue on some poorly placed shots.. but other than that it is perfect! Sand traps are not well kept and ball washers are awful if you could find one. It's not the $5 ball we care about but it's the principle, don't go stealing other peoples ball. I have been a players club member here for for a year and a half. Pretty busy a lot of the time. Last tip- the fog from the bay can hover over the course rendering it 10-20 degrees colder than when you started. The bad reviews here I believe are mostly old. Played June 3rd, and the round took 5.5 hours to play.
